Uninstall the app
Uninstall StagePing from your Shopify admin to revoke the app’s access to your store. Shopify then notifies StagePing of the uninstall.
Request deletion
Use the support contact shown on the StagePing Shopify App Store listing or inside the app. Include your Shopify store domain and ask for a data deletion request. Do not include customer passwords or payment information.
What happens next
We will verify the request, delete or de-identify information that is no longer required, and retain only information we must keep for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.
