Terms of service

The terms that apply when a merchant installs or uses StagePing.

Effective date: 30 August 2026

Using StagePing

You must have authority to act for the Shopify store connected to StagePing and use the service in compliance with applicable laws, Shopify’s terms, and these terms.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your store data, message content, recipient permissions, account security, and the accuracy of configuration you provide. Do not use StagePing to send unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or unsolicited communications.

Plans and billing

Available plans and current charges are presented through Shopify. Paid use begins only after the store owner approves the charge in Shopify. See pricing for more information.

Service availability

We work to keep StagePing reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual property

StagePing and its software, branding, and original content belong to their respective owner. You retain ownership of content and data you provide.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using StagePing by uninstalling it. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material breach.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, StagePing is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date when we do. Questions can be submitted through the channel described on our support page.
